IDA Systems Distributor Terms

Pricing and shipping
·  Distributor  price can be obtained via email                            ·  MOQ 5 units (smaller quantity can be ordered online).
·  Distributor has the freedom to specify his selling price.
·  Distributors are not subject to handling fee.
·  Shipping with distributor courier account is free of charge.

Payment terms
·  First 100 units: on order
·  Afterwards credit terms will be negotiated

Ordering
·  IDA Systems will try to supply the ordered quantity as soon as possible from stock.
·  In case stock does not suffice to fill the order it will be supplied from the next production batch.
·  Distributor is advised to check delivery schedule before ordering.

Warranty
·  12 month warranty terms apply
·  IDA Systems warrants the distributor – not the end customer. End customers must approach the distributor to exercise warranty. The distributor has the choice to replace
the unit and then handle RMA or to RMA first and return to the customer the repaired unit.
·  RMAs need to be sent to IDA Systems for repair/replacement. RMA procedure may take up to several weeks.
·  IDA Systems does not allow returning units other than for repair under warranty.

Advertisement
·  IDA Systems will advertise distributors that purchased 100+ units on idasystems.net website.
·  IDA Systems will provide the distributor with product brochures as available.
·  Distributors are allowed to reuse information from www.idasystems.net
·  Distributors are not exclusive in their region.
